Refund Policy

This policy explains when we will replace or refund a FiveM MLO or script purchased through our
Tebex store. Because checkout runs on Tebex, the final decision on a refund in contested cases
rests with Tebex customer support.
## Short version
- **Non-refundable once downloaded.** Digital goods are not refundable after the asset has been
delivered to your Keymaster account.
- **We will replace a broken file** — free of charge, for as long as you own the licence.
- **We will work with you on conflicts** caused by our asset. We will not refund a conflict caused
by another resource in your server.
- **Tebex has the last word** in contested refund cases.
## When we issue a replacement (not a refund)
We will issue a free replacement or a corrective patch when:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete.
- A change on FiveM's side (e.g. a new artifact) breaks our asset and a fix is within our
reasonable scope.
- We identify a bug in our own code or modeling that is reproducible.
This coverage is for the lifetime of your licence and is in addition to the lifetime updates
already included in the purchase price. To request a replacement, open a ticket in our

## When a refund is considered
We will consider a refund only when all of the following apply:
1. A fault can be clearly attributed to our asset.
2. The fault cannot be resolved by a patch, configuration change, or compatibility advice.
3. The request is made within a reasonable window after purchase.
If your server setup causes a conflict with another resource, it is your responsibility
(or your developer's) to resolve the incompatibility. Our assets are sold as working, optimized
releases and are tested against the current FiveM artifact before shipping.
## What is not refundable
- Conflicts caused by other resources installed on your server.
- Changes in your own customization that break the asset.
- Mistaken purchases after the asset has been downloaded.
- Third-party framework, script, or asset failures outside our product.
- Servers using a rented server key that belongs to another Keymaster account (the licence
cannot authenticate on a server you do not own — see the Terms for details).
## Escrow and decryption requests
Our assets are protected by Tebex Escrow encryption. Requests to release decrypted files are
equivalent to requests for unprotected assets and will be declined. The level of customization
included in every release is documented on the product page and in the README that ships with
the download.
## Licence-key and account issues
Refunds do not apply to licence or account issues — these are handled by CFX support, not by us.
If your asset did not appear in your Keymaster grants within 10 minutes of purchase, or if you
have a CFX account recovery issue, contact [CFX support](https://support.cfx.re/hc/en-us/requests/new)
directly.
## How to request a refund
1. Open a ticket in our [Discord](https://discord.gg/fiv3devs) with your Tebex Transaction ID and a
detailed description of the issue.
2. A developer will attempt to resolve the issue via patch, configuration guidance, or
compatibility support.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable effort, we will escalate to Tebex for the
refund decision.
