Data controller The data controller for information collected on this website is Fiv3Devs di Mirko Genoese, based in Italy. For data collected during checkout, the controller is Tebex (Overwolf Ltd.). For data collected for licence enforcement, the controller is CFX (Cfx.re). ## 2. What we collect on this website **Server logs.** Our hosting provider (Vercel) retains short-lived request logs for security, abuse detection, and routine operations. These may include IP addresses, user-agent strings, and timestamps. Logs are retained on the provider's standard schedule and are not used for profiling. **Privacy-friendly analytics.** When enabled, we use [Plausible](https://plausible.io), a cookieless analytics service compliant with GDPR, ePrivacy, and CCPA. Plausible aggregates page-view metrics without setting any cookies, without storing any personal identifiers, and without tracking users across sites. If Plausible is not currently enabled on this site, no analytics are collected at all. **No marketing cookies.** We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising trackers. What we do NOT collect - No newsletter sign-ups are hosted on this website. - No contact forms post data directly to us — support is handled via Discord. - No account registration or login is offered on this website; every purchase flows through Tebex and every download through CFX Keymaster. ## 4. What happens during purchase (handled by Tebex) Checkout takes place on Tebex's platform. Tebex collects the information needed to process your purchase (email, billing information, payment method) and to comply with VAT and tax law. Tebex is the controller of that data. Delivery of the purchased asset is then handled by the CFX Keymaster service. ## 5. What happens after purchase (handled by CFX / Keymaster) Downloads are served from your CFX portal at [portal.cfx.re](https://portal.cfx.re). Licence enforcement (the "entitlement" system) uses your CFX Keymaster account identifier. CFX is the controller of that data. What happens on our Discord Joining our Discord at [https://discord.gg/fiv3devs](https://discord.gg/fiv3devs) is voluntary. Discord collects messages, metadata, and usage information according to its own policy. We only retain what is needed to provide customer support (e.g. your Tebex Transaction ID tied to your support ticket). Verified-buyer role assignment uses the email address on your Tebex receipt. ## 7. Legal basis (GDPR) Where GDPR applies we rely on the following bases: - **Contract** (Article 6(1)(b)): to deliver the product you purchased and provide post-sale support. - **Legitimate interests** (Article 6(1)(f)): for server logs, anti-abuse protection, and cookieless aggregated analytics. - **Legal obligation** (Article 6(1)(c)): for tax and accounting records held by Tebex and passed to us where required. ## 8. Your rights Under GDPR (and comparable laws) you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we do not directly host accounts, most of these rights are exercised against Tebex or CFX, whichever is the relevant controller. For data we hold directly (e.g. Discord support records containing your Tebex Transaction ID), contact us via Discord and we will comply with your request within one month, unless the request is manifestly unfounded. ## 9. International transfers Our hosting provider and the third-party services we use may process data outside the European Union. Where applicable we rely on the standard contractual clauses published by the European Commission and on those services' own transfer safeguards. ## 10. Data retention - Server logs: retained on the hosting provider's standard schedule (typically a few days to a few weeks). - Plausible analytics (if enabled): retained indefinitely in fully aggregated form; no individual records exist to delete. - Discord support records: retained for the lifetime of your licence or until you request deletion. ## 11.
